CONSORT, OhioLINK, SearchOhio, & ILL has started again.
The following information pertains to College of Wooster Students, Faculty, and Staff with current campus system log-in credentials. If you have credentials, but do not have a current Library account, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to set up an account.
College of Wooster Items
We recently joined HathiTrust. One of the features is the Emergency Temporary Access service. This service allows our patrons to access digital copies of our print titles that are available in the HathiTrust catalog. Not all of our titles will be accessible in HathiTrust digitally. As part of the arrangement for this access, we are not able to loan our corresponding print copy. We are working to identify available items from our CONSORT catalog and provide links to the digital version at HathiTrust. In the meantime, we ask that you follow these instructions for access.
For print titles in the Wooster collection that aren’t available digitally from HathiTrust, we will continue to provide the requesting capability in CONSORT and we will arrange for contactless pickup of items at the West entrance to Andrews Library (Kauke side) (see directions below). We are not able to mail items to students. Questions can be answered by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org .
CONSORT, OhioLINK, & SearchOhio Requests
If you have requested materials via CONSORT, OhioLINK, or SearchOhio we will continue to process those requests. If you are still on campus or within driving range of campus, we will contact you to arrange contactless pickup for you at the West entranct to Andrews Library (Kauke side).
If you aren’t able to arrange pickup on campus, we will return the materials to the lending library. We are not able to mail items to students. Questions can be answered by contacting email@example.com .
InterLibrary Loan (ILL Portal)
If you have requested materials via InterLibrary Loan (ILL) we will continue to process those requests. If you are still on campus or within driving range of campus, we will contact you to arrange contactless pickup of print materials at the West Andrews Library door (Kauke side). PDFs of articles or book chapters will be available via the ILL Portal system. You will receive an email message when those items are available including a link to the item(s).
If you aren’t able to arrange pickup on campus for print materials requested via ILL, we will return the materials to the lending library. We are not able to mail items to students. Questions can be answered by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org .
Currently Checked Out Materials
If you have items currently checked out, overdue, or becomes overdue, please notify us by replying to the email notice you received for that item or by emailing us at email@example.com, so that we may exam your situation and assist you directly. Please check your MyCONSORT account for your most resent Library account status. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any discrepancies with your account or any items attached to your account.
If you currently have physical items checked out to you and you would like to return them, you may do so in-person via our external book drop, which may be found to the left-hand side of the West entrance to the Andrews Library (the patio side doors facing Kauke and Timken). You may also return items via USPS mail or by carrier to the following address…

NOTE: If you search the CONSORT catalog and you do not see a green “Request” button within the item record, that means that the item is not requestable. If an item is not requestable, please email us at email@example.com with specific item information, and we will do our best to provide alternative access to your required materials during this time period.
