Tests & Measures in PsycINFO
PsycINFO includes a "Tests & Measures" field that provides information about the instruments used in a study and can be used to limit your search. For article records that include this information, you'll find it underneath the abstract with the other classification information:
You can use this information to search for tests and measures, either by selecting the "TM" option from the search field dropdown menu:

PsycINFO uses the "[appended]" identifier for articles that include a copy of their measures within the full text:
You can combine this with a keyword search in order to find the full texts of tests and measures that have been used with a particular topic:
