In some cases, it's difficult to determine what spaces are referred to in the observation form. For example, there are two sets of tables at the top of the stairs in Andrews 2, but only some of those tables count as "top of the stairs" tables in the dropdown menu on the form. For some of those confusing locations, we have included annotated photos below.
