Browsing in English and Literature

The College of Wooster Libraries use the Library of Congress classification system for subject arrangement of materials. Most English and Literature materials will be found under Library of Congress call letters:

  • P (Language, Communication, & Linguistics)
  • PE (Old English through Modern English)
  • PN (General Literature, Poetry, Drama, Comics)
  • PR (English Literature, Poetry, Drama)
  • PS (American Literature, Canadian Literature)
  • PZ (Fiction, Juvenile Literature)
