Throughout this Guide are resources to get you started researching in the discipline of Sociology. Further assistance is available at the Research and Referral Desk in the Andrews Library, or by directly contacting the liaison librarian, Elys Kettling Law.
The College of Wooster Libraries use the Library of Congress classification for materials. Sociology resources are most often found under Library of Congress call letters HM (General Sociology), HN (Social History & Conditions), HQ (Family, Women, Marriage), HT (Communities, Class, Race) and HV (Social Pathology & Welfare).
During the academic year, Elys is typically available 8:30am - 6pm, M-F. Appointment requests can be made anytime using the Research Consultation Form.
